Available in a variety of packages, there's a version of the Mazda CX-5 for every driver. Expect to see 187 horsepower and 186 pound-feet of torque thanks to the crossover's standard SKYACTIV®-G 2.5-liter DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder engine. The Mazda CX-5 gets an EPA-estimated 31 highway mpg and 25 city mpg on FWD models.**
SKYACTIV-VEHICLE DYNAMICS with G-Vectoring control comes standard on all 2018 Mazda CX-5 models. When cornering, the system adjusts power delivery and shifts weight for a smoother drive—no driver input needed.
The Mazda CX-5 is also available with i-ACTIV AWD® technology. This intelligent system predicts when all-wheel drive might be needed by monitoring factors such as outside temperature, throttle input, braking patterns, and more. The system then directs torque where it’s most needed to preemptively curb traction loss, all without missing a beat. Expect an estimated 30 highway mpg and 24 city mpg on AWD models.**

Mazda Radar Cruise Control
The new Mazda CX-5 is available with a number of driver-assistive features, including Mazda Radar Cruise Control with Stop & Go technology. Within a set speed range, this feature will help maintain a safe following distance in traffic by first alerting you when your vehicle is approaching too quickly and then automatically stopping if the vehicle in front of you stops. The Mazda CX-5 will then stay in a standing start until you resume driving.
